Discovery

UX Audit

By identifying potential issues and areas for improvement early on, a UX audit can save time, resources, and effort in the long run. It helps to ensure that the user experience is intuitive, engaging, and effective, which can lead to increased user satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Navigation and user flows

Reviewing the navigation and user flows of a project is essential to ensure that users can easily find what they need and complete tasks with minimal frustration. Common errors found during navigation and user flow review include confusing or unclear labeling, dead ends, excessive steps, and lack of clear feedback or confirmation.

User testing cycle

In light of the limited availability of users for testing, we opted to test our design once per sprint, once we had a strong grasp of the user experience. This approach enabled us to collect consistent user feedback while minimizing disruptions to customers. Given the circumstances, we deemed it the most viable compromise.

Main pain points

The platform's self-serve functionality is hindered by poor intuitiveness.

Users frequently reached out to support rather than attempting to solve issues independently.

Platform users frequently encountered performance-related problems.
